Running costs will vary depending on your ability to tune and set-up your kart and the level at which you wish to compete. Following are some of the most common expenses you should expect. Other components that are not listed below do not require maintenance on a regular basis.

Tyre wear varies on how well the kart is set up, i.e. if you have an understeer problem with the kart the front tyres will wear our quicker than you would normally expect. The better the kart set-up the longer your tyres should last.
Chain Sprockets:
A front sprocket ($12.50), Rear Sprocket ($17.50), and chain ($20.00-49.00) will last aprox 6 meetings.
